- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪AWFUL SERVICE! I faxed in my prescription and they could not accept it unless it was sent by my doctors office. So they literally wanted the same piece of paper sent to them but from a different fax machine. Then they told me they didn't want to order in my prescription because I might not come and get it. So maybe I should go to a different pharmacy.... How the hell do you expect to stay in business when you literally refuse to fill a prescription for someone? I have always used the IDA pharmacy before and I will stick with them. Pretty sad when the pharmacy next door will say no to you.by Larissa HewittJune 05, 2017
