  She got two of my medications wrong, and the mistakes and dosage were complicated enough that I wrote and printed everything out for her, comparing my mistaken med doses to the correct ones. She increased one she said she would decrease, which could have been fatal if I had taken it. She wrote me out a prescription for another med that she believed was new to me, without realizing that she had been giving it to me for months and I had taken it for years. She looked at the list I wrote out, complete with pictures, made a clucking sound like she was reading it, didn't read a word, and handed it back to me. I eventually read it to her, having to repeat everything twice because she kept getting distracted by whatever was on her computer. I have never met a doctor so careless. It's possible that she was once a good doctor, but age has caught up with her. I wish there was some way to convince her to retire before she kills a patient.
